How do I login to the helpdesk to update/view tickets?

When a member of our support staff replies to a ticket that you have submitted, you will receive an email to the email address you entered with a link to respond to the issue at hand.

When you click that link, you may be presented with a screen that says you do not have access to view that page. If this occurs, you will need to login to the support desk.

If you cannot remember your login details, please use the Lost Password Reminder system.
