Reseller: Can I send my clients to your helpdesk for support?

If you are a reseller of our services, you MUST NOT send your clients to us for any type of support. They are your clients and it is your responsibility to bill them and support them. We will not provide any type of support to resellers customers.

If you wish us to provide support to your customers, they will need to sign up for their own web hosting account directly from us.

Note: This knowledgebase entry is only applicable to customers who have a Reseller account (or dedicated server) with us.
